Minutes of Meeting – January 5, 2010
The Hudson Planning Board met at the Town Hall, 78 Main Street, Hudson, Massachusetts.
At 5:00 p.m., Rodney Frias called the meeting to order.
Present: Rodney Frias, Tom Collins, Dirk Underwood, Charles Freeman, and Jennifer Burke, Planning Director.

Present was: Tom DiPersio, Sr.
Mr. DiPersio presented the plan to the Board. One of the property owners is purchasing a piece of land from his rear neighbor to create additional backyard and allow for an addition to the home.
The Board had no issues with the plan.
Dirk Underwood, seconded by Thomas Collins, made a motion to accept the plan entitled “Plan of Land in Hudson, MA” as drawn by Thomas Land Surveyors and Engineering Consultants of Hudson, MA dated December 7, 2009 and authorize the Agent to sign.
Vote: 4-0-0, Unanimous
Cancel Meeting
Rodney Frias, seconded by Tom Collins, made a motion to cancel the February 2, 2010 meeting.
Vote: 4-0-0, Unanimous
Minutes
Thomas Collins, seconded by Charles Freeman, made a motion to accept the minutes of December 1, 2009, as written.
Vote: 4-0-0, Unanimous
Adjournment
Charles Freeman, seconded by Dirk Underwood, moved to adjourn at 5:15 PM.
