Minutes of Meeting – August 18, 2009
The Hudson Planning Board met at the Town Hall, 78 Main Street, Hudson, Massachusetts.
At 7:30 p.m., Robert D’Amelio called the meeting to order.

Planner’s Report
Lauren Heights Update
Present were: Christopher Yates, Atty at Law
Mark Rhodes, Rhodes Construction
Mr. Rhodes provided the Board with an update of the work done and what is remaining. He plans to finish within the month and will topcoat in October. There should be no problem completing all the work prior to Town Meeting. Ms. Burke indicated that DPW agreed that work is progressing nicely and expects everything to be completed by November 1st.
Ms. Burke sated that she had spoken with Dr. Wong in the Board of Health. The septic system failed Title V and the contractor is working on correcting that and should take about two weeks.
The Board reminded Atty. Yates about the deadline for the Town Meeting warrant. He noted that he should have the paperwork by then.
Bob D’Amelio, seconded by Rodney Frias, made a motion to submit Judith Road and Shelley Lane for street acceptance for the November 2009 Town Meeting.
Vote: 5-0-0, Unanimous
Julian Lane
Present were: Tom Collins, F & C Construction
Ms. Burke noted that the street is completed and ready for acceptance. DPW has done an inspection and everything is in order.
Bob D’Amelio, seconded by Rodney Frias, made a motion to submit Julian Lane for street acceptance for the November 2009 Town Meeting.
Vote: 4-0-1, with Tom Collins abstaining

Rodney Frias, seconded by Charles Freeman, made a motion to accept the minutes of August 4, 2009, as written.
Vote: 5-0-0, Unanimous

Charles Freeman, seconded by Dirk Underwood, moved to adjourn at 7:40 PM.
