Minutes of Park Commission Meeting
Held on Tuesday, January 23, 2018
Town Hall – Selectmen’s Hearing Room at 1:00pm
1. Call Meeting to Order:
Mr. Wood called the meeting to order at 1:01pm. Members present were Mr. Wood, Mr. Chaves and Mr. Bowen. Also present, Mr. Santos, Mr. Hannon and Mr. Aponte.

A. Park Commission began discussions with staff from Community Circle related to the community visioning workshops/forums that were planned for spring of 2018. Community Circle Principal, Daphne Politis gathered information from all present and provided the Park Commission with a proposed action plan for implementing and executing the public workshop. Discussion followed. The Park Commission expressed some concerns they had with the proposal and requested that Community Circle reevaluate the workshop/forum format and consider making some changes based on the recommendations made by the Park Commission.
