Minutes of Park Commission Meeting
Held on Friday, June 2, 2017
Selectmen’s Hearing Room, Town Hall at 2:15pm
1. Call Meeting to Order:
At 2:15 pm Mr. Santos was the only person present at the meeting. At 2:20 pm, no members of the Park Commission or citizens were present. After speaking with members of the Park Commission via phone, it was determined at 2:21 pm that a quorum could not be reached at this location and the meeting was relocated to the Riverside Clubhouse, 120 Chapin Road at 5:45pm. Notifications were immediately placed on the doors of the Selectmen’s Hearing Room and also at both entrances of the Town Hall.
Mr. Wood called the meeting to order at 5:49 pm. Members present were Mr. Wood and Mr. Chaves. Also present, Mr. Santos and Mr. Hannon.
