Minutes of Park Commission Meeting
Held on Wednesday, November 25, 2015
Selectmen’s Hearing Room, Town Hall at 8:00 am
1. Call Meeting to Order:
Mr. Bowen called the meeting to order at 8:06 am. Members present were Mr. Bowen, Mr. Wood and Mr. Scafidi. Also present, Mr. Santos and Mr. Hannon.

A. Fall/Winter Seasonal Part-Time Employee Recommendations
Mr. Santos presented the Park Commission with a list of seasonal, part-time employee recommendations for the Fall/Winter 2015-16 season. Mr. Scafidi accepted the list as presented, seconded by Mr. Bowen and carried…

6. Communications and/or Correspondence to be noted by Commissioners:
A. OARS – Interpretive Panel (Cherry Street Field)
Mr. Santos reviewed the proposed sign location with the Park Commission. Mr. Santos explained that the OARS intent is to educate the public on Urban Storm Water Recharge and the work that was completed in 2006 at this location. The Park Commission discussed the purpose and location of the sign and encouraged its installation.
7. Old Business:
A. Potential relocation of Hudson Recreation Office
Mr. Santos informed that Park Commission that per request of the Board of Health, Hudson Recreation is still planning on swapping offices (within Town Hall) with the Board of Health/Building Department. However, dates for moving offices had not been finalized.
