Minutes of Park Commission Meeting
Held on Monday, June 8, 2015
Selectmen’s Hearing Room, Town Hall at 8:00am
1. Call Meeting to Order:
Mr. Bowen called the meeting to order at 8:03 am. Members present were Mr. Bowen, Mr. Scafidi, and Mr. Wood. Also present, Mr. Santos.
2. Minutes to Approve:

3. Citizens Issues / Special Interest Groups:
A. Memorial Tree Wood Park – Mr. Santos informed the Park Commission that he had been contacted by a Hudson family who is looking to buy and have installed, a memorial tree w/ small plaque in Wood Park.
B. Mr. Santos informed the Park Commission that Hudson Youth Football and Cheerleading Association, Inc. is looking into replacing the existing scoreboard on the Sauta Football field. The cost of the scoreboard would be funded through the youth organization. Mr. Scafidi motioned to accept and allow Hudson Youth Football and Cheerleading Association, Inc. to proceed with such plans, seconded by Mr. wood and carried…Vote: 3 – 0, in favor
4. Personnel:
A. Summer 2015 Employee Recommendation’s – Mr. Santos presented the Park Commission with the 2nd round of summer employee recommendations for review and approval. Mr. Bowen motioned to accept the list of employees and to recommend said list of employees to the Board of Selectmen, at their next scheduled meeting for final confirmation.
