Recreation Office, Town Hall at 8:30am
1. Call Meeting to Order:
Mr. Scafidi called the meeting to order at 8:30am. Member present were Mr. Scafidi, Mr. Redding and Mr. Bowen. Also present were Mr. Santos and Ms. Ghiloni.
2. Minutes of Meetings:

Mr. Redding motioned to approve the minutes of the December 17, 2013 minutes as written, seconded by Mr. Bowen and carried….

4. Personnel:
a. New Recreation Assistant – Full Time Position. The Director and Assistant gave the commissioners the finalized Illustrative Job Description for their recommended Recreation Assistant position, as well as provided information through the Town employee rating system used for adding new positions. The rating system information used for pay grade is NU-F $33,253.00 annual salary. Discussion followed regarding a number of topics such as hours of individual, programming, statistics, etc.
