Minutes of Park Commission Meeting
Held on Tuesday, October 29, 2013
Recreation Office, Town Hall at 7:00 pm
1. Call Meeting to Order:
Mr. Scafidi called the meeting to order at 7:00pm. Member present were Mr. Scafidi, Mr. Bowen and Mr. Redding. Also present were Mr. Santos and Ms. Ghiloni.
2. Minutes of Meetings:

4. Personnel:
a. Previous Employee Recommendations for Fall-Winter 2013-2014. Mr. Redding motioned to approve the Fall-Winter previously employed individuals for the 2013-2014 season, seconded by Mr. Bowen and carried…

5. Director’s Report:
a. Director mentioned that Budget meetings for individual departments will be coming up with the Interim Executive Assistant in the next couple of weeks. She will keep the commissioners informed regarding any information from that meeting.
6. Communications and/or Correspondence to be noted by Commissioners:
No communications or correspondence was received to discuss at this time.
7. Old Business:
The meeting schedule for the upcoming months was discussed and meetings will be on “as needed basis”, Discussion also followed regarding time of meeting and making a change if necessary.
