6.      Communications and/or Correspondence to be noted by Commissioners:
a.      ComCast Care Day Donation of $874.00.  The Assistant Director explained that this was implemented through the United Way, with ComCast.  The employees of ComCast spent several hours on April 21 at Wood Park cleaning leaves and debris from the park, adding compost to the gardens, painting light poles and the electrical box.
b.      Sauta Cornfield – Mr. Redding indicated that he received a rather lengthy email from a resident at Sauta Farms Condominiums stating his/her pleasure with the field.  He will forward a copy of that email to the commissioners.

7.      Old Business
a.      Hudson Recreation Website.  The Assistant Director presented a slide show of the new Recreation Website through GoDaddy that supports our Recreation software registration program through RecDesk.  This was initiated back in early May.  Over 65% of our program participants registered on line for summer programs.  There are still several programs that were not offered that way due to specific filters (ages, date of birth) that need to be in place before those programs can be offered on line.  RecDeck is working to add those features over the next several months.
b.      Camera’s at Cellucci Park.  The Assistant Director indicated that the installation will begin this Saturday at Town Hall for all of the hardware necessary to support the camera’s and will continue over the next several weeks placing the camera’s in several different locations.
c.      Fossile Field/Sauta Cornfield.  The Director informed the commissioners that the Fossile Field development project was completed with hydro seeding done last week.  The engineer for the project believes that the loam on the property was very good therefore the grass should come in properly.  The Sauta Cornfield project is nearing completion as far as the contract with Green Acres is concerned.  There are still a few small details such as signs and additional fencing that we will be working on over the winter to finalize that project.
