1.      Call Meeting to Order:
Mr. Redding called the meeting to order at 7:30pm.  Members present were Mr. Redding and Mr. Bowen.  Also present were Ms. Santos and Mrs. Ghiloni

8.      Old Business:
a. Joint Meeting of the Park Commission and Board of Selectmen to fill the one year term on Commission will be set by the Board of Selectmen at their next meeting on June 7 to meet jointly on Monday, June 21, 20101.  To date three individuals have submitted interest cards.  The Director will forward copies of these and any others received prior to the joint meeting  with Selectmen.

9.      New Business
a. Mr. Redding requested information on who maintained the Farley School playground,  indicating that there was a bike rack inside the fenced area, that could be a safety hazard.  The department will look into this situation.
