Minutes of Park Commission Meeting
Held on Tuesday, November 18, 2008
At 7:00 pm in Town Hall Auditorium
1. Call the Meeting to Order:
Mr. Redding called the meeting to order at 7:10 pm. Members present were Mr. Redding, Mr. Busch and Mr. Bowen. Also present were Mr. Santos and Mrs. Ghiloni.
2. Minutes to Approve:

3. Citizens Issues/Special Interest Groups:
A. Pumpkin Fest – The Park Commissioners met with volunteers/vendors that participated in Pumpkin Fest 2008 to get their feedback and brainstorm new ideas for the festival in 2009. Ideas discussed ranged from Climbing walls, Battle of the Bands, professional craftsmen, 4-H, festival name and entry fees. One of the volunteers stated she would assist with contacting crafters and follow up on other suggestions. The Park Commission decided to continue the discussion at their first meeting of 2009.
