1. CALL THE MEETING TO ORDER:

Mr. Busch called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.  Members present were Mr. Busch and Mr. Redding. Also present were Mr. Santos and Mrs. Ghiloni

A.  Fall/Winter Personnel Recommendations – Mr. Redding motioned to accept the recommendations for Fall/Winter Staff, seconded by Mr. Busch and carried…

5. DIRECTORS REPORT:
A. Commissioners were informed that the FY09 Recreation Budget was held to a 3.5% increase after meeting with the Executive Assistant.

6. COMMUNICATIONS AND/OR CORRESPONDENCE TO BE NOTED BY COMMISSIONERS:

NONE

7. OLD BUSINESS:
A.  Re-location of Deck-Hockey program – Mrs. Ghiloni informed the Commissioners that she had contacted Arthur Maxwell of 555 Main Street – Hudson, to see if Mr. Maxwell and his partners would consider sub-leasing a section of their property to the Hudson Deck Hockey Program.  Mr. Maxwell stated he would contact his partners and inform Mrs. Ghiloni of their decision within the next couple weeks.

Based on previous meetings with both the Park Commission and Internal traffic Committee; Mr. Redding made a motion for a letter to be drafted and mailed to Mr. Evangelous of Hudson Deck Hockey stating that the Park Commission would not be recommending a renewal of the lease for the property currently occupied by his organization.  Motion seconded by Mr. Busch and carried...
