 Conservation CommissionMinutes of Meeting—May 15, 2003
A meeting of the Hudson Conservation Commission was held in the Hudson Town Hall, 78 Main Street, Hudson, Massachusetts. At 7:00 p.m., Chairman Martin Moran called the assembly to order.
Present were: Martin Moran, Jose Rodrigues, Judith Sabourin, Minot Wood and David Esteves
Absent were: William Brochu and John Sturgis
RDA/8 Maxwell Circle
Present was: Justine Fernandes
The Commission reviewed the site walk. The Commission want no work closer than 15 feet to the edge of wetland.
Martin Moran, seconded by Minot Wood, made a motion to issue a negative determination to 8 Maxwell Circle in accordance with the RDA submitted April 23, 2003 with the following conditions:
1. The hay bales will be installed as per the plan submitted on May 15, 2003.
2. No work shall be done closer than 15 feet from the wetland edge.
3. A cartridge filter must be used and there will be no back flushing of pool water into the wetland.
4. The Commission shall be called prior to the start of work to inspect the erosion control.
Vote: 5-0-0 unanimous
Falls Brook
The Commission is in receipt of a letter from a structural engineer certifying the walls. The Board would like Mr. Ansari to attend their next meeting to discuss the issue of the wall.

Martin Moran, seconded by Minot Wood, made a motion to approve the minutes of the May 1, 2003 meeting as written.
Vote: 5-0-0 unanimous
