Financial Information – May 2018 Town Meeting
Mrs. Ghiloni received Financial Information from the Town Accountant for use by the Committee in determining projects requesting funding for the May Town Meeting Warrant submitted by applicants for the January 10, 2018 meeting. Additionally, the information for the housekeeping article was given to members.
Copy of Community Preservation Plan Draft for January 10, Public Hearing
Mrs. Ghiloni updated the Plan to include changes in memberships, information on projects funded and state/local funding over the past year. The cover will be the sign installed at the Old North Road Conservation land where parking and access to the property was developed over the last several months. The Plan Draft will be placed on the website and in Town Clerk’s Office for public input.
Executive Session:
Mr. Parent motioned to go into Executive Session to discuss potential real property value where discussions in public session could compromise the CPC’s ability to negotiate with the landowner.
