Mrs. Ghiloni informed the Committee Members of the CPA Trust Fund Distribution from the State for FY17 of $82,174.00 which represents a state match of only 17.20%. Unfortunately, the state match distribution amounts have dropped considerably over the years due to more towns participating, as well as the drop in real estate transactions. The Legislative Committee for CPA is now trying to get the fees increased for real estate transaction that have not increased for a number of years.
HYSoccer Grant Agreement – Draft Proposed
Mrs. Ghiloni proposed a Grant Agreement document for the Sauta Cornfield Parking Expansion project in the amount of $80,000.00 to enlarge the existing parking area with necessary drainage and to include any administrative oversight by an outside engineering firm.
