Set Schedule for Public Hearing in January
Mrs. Ghiloni informed the Committee that CPA legislation requires the Committee hold a Public Hearing annually to gain input from the public for Hudson’s Community Preservation Plan. At the same meeting the Committee historically considers projects presented for funding and approves housekeeping articles. Mrs. Ghiloni prepared draft of Legal Ads and notices for deadline to submit applications to the Committee by January 4, 2018 for the Public Hearing to be held on January 10, 2018.
Mrs. Ghiloni will seek Financial Information from the Town Accountant for the Committee.
Executive Session:
Mr. Parent motioned to go into Executive Session to discuss potential real property value where discussions in public session could compromise the CPC’s ability to negotiate with the landowner.
