7:30 Public Hearing – Community Preservation Plan
The Draft of the Community Preservation Plan has been on file with the Town Clerk as well as on the Town’s Community Preservation Committee website. Legal Ads were in the newspaper on December 28 and January 4. No public comments were received. The only changes to the Plan for 2017 are changes in members of various boards and projects approved.

7:15pm Applications for Survey and Staking of Gerwick Conservation Land
Conservation Commission, Pam Helinek, Conservation Agent and Planner attended to explain the next step in accessing the Gerwick Conservation property and that the boarders will be staked along the property lines so the public is aware the boundary lines. Members suggested metal stakes as opposed to wood for durability and that the stone walls should have drill holes. In discussing the previous financial promises to Conservation back in October ($17,200.00) from Administrative funds for survey and design concepts of the access easement on Old North Road (that have come in under budget) it was determined that the funding should be sufficient to continue various aspects of the access project using the original request, so that no additional monies will be necessary at this time.

Housekeeping Article for May 2017 Town Meeting
Mrs. Ghiloni presented a spreadsheet outlining the information for the May 2017 Town Meeting that represents State Match of 2016 and Estimated Receipts for Town from 2018 (from the Town Accountant).
This will be the only Article for May 2017 Town Meeting.
