6:00pm – Gerwick Property – Appraisal Request by Susan Crane, Sudbury Valley Trustees
Ms. Crane was present representing Ms. Gerwick requesting the committee use administrative funds to appraise approximately 24 acres that Ms. Gerwick would like to conserve permanently through a Conservation Restriction. Discussions followed regarding the Town buying property versus a CR, the status of the property if the CR was to move forward and pros to CR such as landowner still paying taxes on the property and maintaining it as opposed to the Town. Ms. Burke indicated that the cost would be approximately $2,500 to $4,000.

Brochure
Ms. Ghiloni passed out a brochure that she created highlighting the projects that CPA accomplished at this point. She will make more copies and it was suggested that they be handed out at Town Meeting.
