Meeting Minutes
December 21, 2005, 7:30 P.M.
1.0 Preliminaries
1.1. Dale Nadeau opened the meeting at 7:32 PM.
1.2. Roll Call: Chairman Dale Nadeau, Dan Ehntholt and James Saart. Also in attendance Town Counsel Aldo Cipriano, Board of Health Agent Sam Wong and Administrator Katrina Proctor.
Dale Nadeau made a motion to go into executive session at 7:35 PM for the purpose of pending litigation and then return to the public meeting. The motion was seconded by Dan Ehntholt with all members in favor.
After executive session the board returned to the public meeting at 8:11 PM.
2.0 Adjournment - Jim Saart made a motion to adjourn the public meeting at 8:14 PM. seconded by Dan Ehntholt with all in favor.
