I. Resignation of Manual Ferreira
The Chairman stated that she had received a letter of resignation from Mr. Manual Ferreira from the Municipal Affordable Housing Trust.
II. 26 Blueberry Lane
Discuss followed regarding the 26 Blueberry Lane Property
- we could buy the property outright for $178,600.00;
- seek eligible buyers through Lottery and half way through the 90 days if we are unable to locate an eligible buyer we can buy the property giving us more time to find an eligible buyer;
- or we could just walk away and loose this unit as an affordable unit.
Ms. Ghiloni motioned that once we gain access to the property we need an accurate assessment of the repairs needed on the property, to make a determination if we can afford to buy the property, seconded by Mr. Parent and carried..

a. Minutes of July 10, 2012
Ms. Ghiloni motioned to approve the minutes of the July 10, 2012 meeting, seconded by Mr. Parent and carried…

b. It was suggested that all letters be send to all affordable housing unit owners reminding them of the Housing Trusts objective to keep all units affordable. This would include all 40B and LIP owners.
c. Ms. Shea brought up the Fuller/Wisuri house next to the Main Street Fire Station that the Community Development Department is interested at turning into an affordable unit. They are looking at feasibility of a deck parking area in the vacant lot next fire station with, realigning the driveway and renovating the house using various grant applications.
d. Discussion followed regarding who would be attending the Housing Workshop on the 28th.
