I. Discussion of Resales Notices
a) 250 Main Street, Unit #207 (Esplanade).
This unit is listed with CHAPA for $164,000 and the expiration date for Town to move on it is April 20, 2012.
b) 1 Knotts Street (Knotts Clearing).
This unit is listed for $173,000.00 and the date of expiration is May 6, 2012.
Ms. Burke will contact CHAPA regarding these units and do some outreach. She will talk with CHAPA regarding Mr. Santos listing Knotts Street on MLS. With our limited funding we are not in a position to purchase either property.
II. Discuss meeting with Housing Authority
Ms. Burke indicated that the meeting with the Housing Authority – Herself, Julie Pappazisis, Scott Duplisea and Linda Ghiloni was very positive and that they would be willing to have discussions about collaboration of efforts. At this time, Julie has just come on board with HA and is acclimating herself to all that they do, so additional meetings should be set up for both boards to talk over programming.
III. Discuss ideas for possible programs, other funding ideas, etc.
With the Community Development Department grant application for a Buy Down Assistance Program and our discussions regarding Down Payment Assistance Programs we potentially need some staff to write guidelines for both as well as manage those programs. Options include joining another community or communities to gain those types of services. MAGIC has just submitted an application to explore a regional housing services office for the seven MAGIC towns, including Hudson.
Ms. Shea stated that her office was beginning to write guidelines for the down payment assistance program.

V. Other Business
Ms. Burke told the members that the Planning Board had responded to comments on the 40B Cabot Road project proposed for our only industrial area left in town. She will keep everyone informed of this project.
