Meeting Minutes

7:00 PM Chairperson Tom Kenney opened the meeting.
The minutes of May 17, 2016 were read and accepted as read with one correction.
Tom Kenney announced John Stevens would be a new member of the ZBA effective after July 1, 2016.
7:30 PM Petitioner Nicholas DeSantis of 5 Over The Top Road was scheduled for
a hearing but did not show. He was rescheduled for the same time at the
next meeting of the ZBA.
8:00 PM Petitioner Tyler Hutton of 1 Grove Heights Road appeared for his hearing.
(R15-D-2). He wants to add a 14 x 14 foot living space to the front of the
existing house. The plan needs to show the measurements on the stairs.
A site visit was set for Monday, June 20 at 4 PM, with a continuance on
June 28, 2016 at 8:00 PM.
8:30 PM Jennifer Elmore of 33 Lee Avenue appeared for her hearing. The Board
examined and approved her plans and signed and dated the plans. Tom
Kenney, Donald Beal and Rick Lundin approved the project as presented.
8:42 PM The meeting was adjourned by Chairperson Tom Kenney.
