7:00 PM Tom called the meeting to order.
The Elmore proposal was in jeopardy of falling into default due to projected absences of
Board members. The Board therefore gave notice and called this special planned meeting.

Jennifer and the Board discussed the project. Tom moved to accept the proposal pending
a new plot plan be drawn and submitted by May 6, 2016 showing all dimensions needed for the house and porch. Ron seconded the motion. All members voted to approve the motion. Rick abstained from voting.
7:30 PM The Board discussed salary shares.
7:35 PM Tom moved to adjourn. All members voted to adjourn. Rick did not vote.
