7:00 PM General Board business was discussed. The Board approved a voucher for $235.20
to the Stonebridge Press for petitioner announcements.

Jennifer explained the project. She felt that CH 40A Sec. 6, allowed her to move a shed located in a non-conforming setback zone which would make it less non-conforming. Tom referred her to Section 7.0-2-3 and Section B, 11.01, and pointed out that the shed could be re-built or modified in place but not moved or enlarged.
The petitioner was requested to submit a new plot plan showing the building on the original footprint.
A continuance was scheduled for May 17, 2016 at 7:00 PM.
7:55 PM Tom moved to adjourn. Don seconded the motion. All voted to adjourn.The meeting was adjourned.
