7:00 PM The Minutes for 3-22-16 were read and accepted.
Rick Lundin has been reinstated as a Board member.
7:05 PM Unscheduled Information Meeting Request.Tyler Hutton asked the Board questions regarding special permit procedures.
The Board approved $17.71 dollars for mileage allowance for Janine Drake attending
the recent Citizen Planner Training Conference at Holy Cross.
Tom introduced a re-written procedure sheet that will be given to petitioners to help them follow the appropriate steps after having their petition approved. The Board approved the change.

Applicant wants to convert the screened porch into a family/dining room. Also, he wants to add a deck/porch to the front of the new addition.
A site visitation was scheduled for 4-16-16 at 3:00 PM.
A continuance was scheduled for 4-26-16 at 8:30 PM.

The Board having had previously inspected the property found the plans meet all setback conditions. Ron moved to accept the proposal. Tom seconded the motion. All members voted in favor of the proposal. Rick Lundin did not vote.

8:38 PM Tom moved to adjourn the meeting. Don seconded the motion. All voted to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned.
