                                        Meeting Minutes

Date:           January 26, 2016

Present:        Tom Kenney, Chairperson
                Don Beal, Scribe
                Ron Seaburg, Secretary

7:00 PM The Minutes for January 12, were read and accepted with changes added.
                Tom reminded the Board about the Citizen Planner Training Collaborative Spring
                Conference meeting at The College of The Holy Cross, on March 19, 2016.
                Tom presented the Board with an updated Rules and Regulations of the Zoning Board of
                Appeals handout sheet for the Town of Holland. Ron made a motion to accept the          updated proposal with one change: Remove the neighbor’s houses, sheds, etc., from the                 Sample Minimum Plot Plan Requirements sketch. Don Beal seconded the motion. All                 voted in favor of the motion.

7:30 PM Special Permit Request

                Aaron explained his project to the Board. The Board asked Aaron to return with a new            plot plan showing all setback distances for his proposed project.
                A continuance was scheduled for February 9 at 7:30 PM.

                Donald explained his project to the Board. The Board told him that it will need an              accurate drawing of the proposed addition.
                A continuance was scheduled for February 9, at 8:00 PM.

8:25 PM Tom moved to adjourn the meeting. Don seconded the motion. All voted in favor
                of the motion.
