Meeting Minutes

7:00 PM Don Beal, acting Chairperson, called the meeting to order. Don told the Board that Fred Beaulieu, Chairperson, had submitted his resignation from the Board in a letter to the Town of Holland dated 12-08-15, effective 12-22-15. Don asked for nominations for a full member. Ron nominated Tom Kenney. Don seconded the motion. All members voted in favor of the motion. Ron will send a letter to The SelectBoard reporting the Board’s decision.
7:25 PM Don moved to adjourn the meeting. Tom seconded the motion. All voted to adjourn.
