7:00 PM Fred called the meeting to order.
The Minutes for October 13 were read and accepted with corrections noted.
The meeting for Petitioner Kevin McKenna, 12 Lakshore Drive scheduled for November 9
will be held as posted.
The Board reviewed the letter it will send to the Board of Selectmen.
7:30 PM Special Permit Request Continuance

Mark Farrill, engineer, explained the project and answered the Board’s questions.The
house will be lifted off its footings, a new foundation with crawlspace constructed, and the house will be replaced on the new foundation. All setback distances will be met.
A site visit will be held on October 31, at 9:30 AM.
A continuance will be held on November 10, at 7:30 PM.

The Board was presented new plans as requested,

8:10 PM Fred moved to adjourn the meeting. Don Beal seconded the motion. All voted to adjourn.
