Meeting Minutes

7:00 PM Fred called the meeting to order.
The Minutes for September 22 were read and accepted.
General Board business was discussed.
Fred moved to reimburse an applicant the $125.00 permit fee. The applicant never completed the application due to his contractor’s failure to fulfill the application
requirements. The Board voted unanimously in favor of the motion.

Samuel explained the project which is different from the plans the Board has of 6-1-15.
Petitioners do not have dimensions the Board needs on the new plans. Fred suggested
the plans be redrawn with all information included to create an official final set of plans.
An overlay comparing existing and proposed plans showing all dimensional changes was suggested.
A continuance was scheduled for October 27, at 7:30 PM.

The applicants want to add a one car detached garage with foyer and extend a bedroom 7’ onto the existing deck.
June Faneuf, abutter, did not approve of the project. She claims it will block her view.
The applicants will return with new plans showing changes to their initial proposal.
A continuance was scheduled for October 27, at 8:00 PM.
8:20 PM Fred moved that the meeting be adjourned.Rick Lundin seconded the motion. All members voted to adjourn.
