7:00 PM The Minutes for 8-25-15 were read and accepted.
Informal, Non-Scheduled Meeting

The Board was asked questions regarding decreasing the size of their proposed house and deck.
7:30 PM Tom presented the Board with the reworked Rules and Regulations of the Holland Zoning Board of Appeals form he had constructed. Fred made a motion to accept the new form. Rick seconded the motion. All members voted in favor of the motion.
Fred discussed the Chapter 40B training session that will be presented by The Mass Citizens Housing and Planning Association on Friday, October 2, 2015 in Randolph, MA. Fred encouraged members to attend if possible.
7:50 PM Fred moved to adjourn the meeting. Tom Kenney seconded the motion. All members voted to adjourn.
