7:00 PM Fred discussed general Board business. Fred also discussed Permit Plans distributions. State MGL ,40A ,Section 11 reads that
a Special Permit application may be read by any board where the applicant may be directed for approval. Town of Holland Special Permit Section 8 (By-Laws) requires that
you follow all parts of Section 8 that apply for applications and Town Boards.
The ZBA decided not to change the distribution of any plans received and continue to forward plans to all Boards and Departments.
8:00 PM Fred made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Tom Kenney seconded the motion. All
members voted to adjourn.
