Fred gave Brian a copy of the zoning opinion document prepared by Bacon and Wilson              regarding Brian’s request to build an attached garage to his existing home. The opinion               was authored by Thomas Reidy, Esq., Town of Holland Attorney.

Brian asked Fred what he should do next. Fred told him that speaking for himself he has                 no opinion and cannot advise him regarding the matter. It was mentioned to Brian that the
opinion piece might be viewed differently by another lawyer. Brian was told that he should              thoroughly understand the criteria for a variance if he does decide to seek one. Brian was              given a paper describing the criteria for obtaining a variance.

8:00 PM Unscheduled Informational Request
                Raymond Boire

Mr. Boire wants to add additional living space and relocate stairs by modifying a               mudroom and deck he had previously recieved permission to construct. Fred told Mr.              Boire that there is no precedent        for this request and he would have to reapply for a             Special Permit  to make this change.

8:10 PM Fred made a motion to adjourn. Tom Kenney seconded the motion. All members
voted in favor to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned.
