Meeting Minutes

7:00 PM Fred Called the meeting to order. The Minutes for April 28 were read and accepted.
Fred read a letter from the Planning Board regarding developing a master plan with collaboration from the PVPC for land use, especially as it pertains to changing lot frontage requirements based on land use zones. The Board had many questions that were not answered in the document. Fred will write the Planning Board a letter asking for more clarity on their proposal.
7:30 PM Special Permit Request Continuance

Eric and the Board discussed the project. Fred made a motion to accept the
project as presented with plot plan dated 4-19-15. Ron Seaburg seconded the motion. Voting in favor of the motion were Fred Beaulieu, Ron Seaburg, Tom Kenney
and Rick Lundin. Absent, Don Beal.
7:40 PM Unscheduled Informational Meeting
Brian Johnson
Brian wanted to know the status of his request to add a garage onto his house.
Fred told Brian that he had contacted Thomas Reidy, Town Council, for an opinion regarding Brian’s request and was waiting for a response.
Brian was scheduled for an appearance for 7:30 PM on June 9.
8:00 PM Unscheduled Informational Meeting
Raymond Boire
Mr. Boire asked the Board about changing a proposed mudroom and deck to an
enclosed living space. Mr. Boire was asked to return on June 9, at 8:00 PM.
8:25 PM Fred made a motion that the meeting be adjourned. Tom Kenney seconded the motion.
All members voted to adjourn.
