7:00 PM The Minutes for April 14 were read and accepted with corrections noted.
                Don read the letter that he sent to Brian Johnson clarifying why the Board felt he
                did not need to apply to the ZBA to add an attached garage to his existing house.
                

7:30 PM Special Permit Request Continuance

                The Board discussed the results of the site visit with the Harhays.
                Fred made a motion to accept the plans as presented. Tom seconded the motion. Voting
                in favor of the motion: Fred Beaulieu, Don Beal, Ron Seaburg, Tom Kenney, Rick Lundin.  

7:45 PM Brian and Kristen Johnson
                61 Stafford Road

                Brian and Kristen asked the Board why the Building Commissioner denied their request            to build an attached garage onto their home due to ByLaw 7.0.3.  After a discussion on          the subject, Fred said he would confer with legal representation regarding the issue,           especially as it relates to the definition of an accessory building and attached garage.  
                Fred will get back to Brian as soon as he gets more information.

                Applicants want to remove the deck on the North side of the house, move the front door          to face Sandy Beach Road and increase the size of the second floor while keeping all
                changes within the present house footprint and side setback requirements.

                        A site visitation was scheduled for April 30, at 5:45 PM.
                        A continuance was scheduled for May 12, at 7:30 PM.

8:40 PM.        Fred moved to adjourn the meeting. Tom seconded the motion. All members voted in                favor to adjourn.
