Meeting Minutes

7:00 PM Fred called the meeting to order.
There were no petitioners scheduled.
The Minutes for March 10, 2015, were read and accepted.
Ron Seaburg reported that the Minutes for February 10, 2015, were missing from the ZBA notebook kept in the Board of Health room. Fred said it is our responsibility to keep these records secure and we will have to start locking them in the file cabinet downstairs in the receptionist’s room. Anyone wanting to read the Board’s Minutes may read them on the Town website at any time after they have been approved. Fred also noted that
we will have to have more keys made for Board members to make it more convenient to access our files.
Fred suggested Board members read the following regarding meeting records, minutes
and maintaining records: CH66 S 17C, CH 30A S 22, and CH 66 S 1.
Fred noted that Dana Manning has requested Certified Copies of Board Minutes dating from October 1, 2014, through the present. Fred said that in a letter he received from the Attorney Generals Office he was informed there is no such document as a Certified Copy of Minutes. We will provided Dana with copies of our approved minutes.
Old Business
Fred made a motion to approve a request from the Town Clerk, Sharon Ashleigh, to add
“ plus one copy to the Town Clerk” on Line E of the ZBA Petition Form. Don seconded the motion. The motion was passed.
Fred made a motion to allow Brian Johnson to withdraw his Special Permit requests numbered 1560 and 1599 without prejudice. Tom Kenney seconded the motion. All voted in favor of the motion. Brian's letter dated February 24 was signed by all Board members.
Peter Frei had asked the Board for a copy of the Board’s decision regarding Brian Johnson’s application for a variance and special permit. The applications are numbered 1560 and 1599. Don Beal sent a letter to Peter on February 25, 2015.
The Meeting was adjourned at 8:10 PM
