7:00 PM The Minutes for February 24, 2015 were read and accepted.
Fred reminded Board members to sign up soon if planning to attend the Citizen Conference Training Sessions which will be held March 21 at The College of The Holy Cross. Fred also told the Board about an All Employees Meeting. Ideas for an agenda
are welcomed up to March 25. Fred mentioned that the Annual Report narrative is due to
the Selectboard by March 31.

Eric addressed the Board. He cannot find a current plot plan. He will provide the Board with an instrument survey if he cannot find the plot plan. Eric will apply for an
extension of his permit to May 26, at 7:30 PM.
General Business. Sharon Ashleigh, Town Clerk, asked the Board to change line E
of the ZBA Petition Requirements, by adding, “ Plus one copy for the Town Clerk”.
8:10 PM The meeting was adjourned.
