7:00 PM The Minutes for January 13, 2015 were read and accepted.
The Board discussed general business.
Fred read the Annual Report expenditure request from the Finance Board regarding revolving funds accounts. Our last year’s expenditures were listed through December 31, 2014. The 2015 ZBA funding request should remain the same as last year.

Brian did not appear.
Fred noted that the January 27 meeting with Brian had been cancelled due to the snowstorm closing Town Hall. Fred noted that Brian was not officially notified
when his next scheduled meeting would be with the Board. Brian will be notified that his next meeting will be held on February 24, at 8:00 PM.
Also, Larry Smith from the PVPC did not attend. He will be notified of our next
meeting.
