Mr.Gilpatrick presented plans to construct a 28 x 16 foot wood frame building for storage of his boat. Part of the description of the construction included an overhead door. This door made the building a garage instead of a shed. The location selected on the property was acceptable for a shed but not a garage. There was some confusion about the requirements for a shed vs. a garage, and Chairman Fred Beaulieu wished to postpone a site visit until he was able to properly research the matter. A continuance will be held on December 9, 2014 at 7:30 PM.
