7:00 PM The Minutes for April 22 were read and accepted.
                General business was discussed.

7:30 PM Variance Permit Request

                Lauren Barker and Frank Viens explained the project. They want to build a house where                   previously a house had existed, burned down and has since been removed.
                Abutter Chris McCooe was present.

                The Board explained to the applicant that the application request should be for a
                special permit. The applicant agreed to change the permit request.

                The Board told the applicants that the planned house must meet setback requirements.
                Applicants said they will position house on new drawings to meet setbacks.

                A site visitation was scheduled for May 14 at 6 PM.
                A continuance was scheduled for June 10 at 7:30 PM.

                Applicant wants to construct a 16’ x 28’ deck with stairs and landing. Also, wants to
                construct a 16’ x 8’ upper deck on the second floor.
                Joel Jette, builder, explained the project.

                A site visit was scheduled for May 14 at 6:30 PM.
                A continuance was scheduled for June 10 at 8:00 PM.

8:20 PM         The meeting was adjourned.
