7:00 PM The minutes for August 10 were read and accepted.
The Board discussed general business.

The applicant wants to raze the existing house and build a house on the existing foundation.
The applicant was represented by Steve Bressette of Jalbert Engineering. Abutters Gregg and Stacy Abdella of 43 Mashapaug Road were also present.
Mr. Bressette explained that the new structure will have the same amount of square feet as the present house, also, the slab will not displace more area than the old house.
The abutters expressed concern about the use of the new house. They questioned whether it could be used as a business.
A site visit was scheduled for September 26 at 6 PM.
A continuance was scheduled for October 8 at 7:30 PM.

The applicant wants to add a second story above the existing garage and part of the house.
The applicant presented a new plot plan with additional measurements.
The Board voted to accept the new plot plan measurements. Voting in favor of the
motion were Don Beal, Sarto Caron, Fred Beaulieu. Not voting, Ron Seaburg.
