7:00 PM The minutes for November 13 were read and accepted.
The Board discussed general business including the proposed 2013 ZBA Budget. Fred handed out MA required findings for granting a variance.
7:30 PM Special Permit Request Continuance

Mr. Gates was represented by his builder Kevin Keeler.
Mr. Keeler proposed a 16.33’ x 14’ sunroom that would meet all
setback requirements.
A site visitation was scheduled for December 7 at 11 AM.
A continuance was scheduled for December 11 at 7:30 PM.
7:50 PM Unscheduled Meeting
Andrea and Charles Weeks asked the Board to extend their petition for another year because they have not been able to sell their home.
The Board granted their request. Voting in favor of the request were: Fred Beaulieu, Don Beal, Ron Seaburg, Sarto Caron, and Ralph Martone.
Don Beal sent the Weeks and Jack Keough a copy of the extension agreed to by the Board.
8:10 PM The meeting was adjourned.
