Mr. Gates would like to build a 16’ 61/2” x 20’ 31/2” sunroom addition facing the lake. This request will require two variances to build as presented. Mr. Gates was represented by his builder, Kevin Keeler. A letter from Craig and Susan Johnson, 43 Lakeshore Drive, supporting the project was presented.
Mr. Keeler will consult with his lawyer regarding variance conditions by the next
scheduled meeting.
A continuance was scheduled for November 27 at 7:30 PM.

The Board approved the second floor addition as presented. Voting in favor of the
project were Fred Beaulieu, Ron Seaburg, Ralph Martone, and Sarto Caron.
Absent: Don Beal.
8:15 PM Unscheduled visit. William Pucci asked the Board questions regarding a project.
CC: Building Inspector, Town Clerk, Executive Secretary, HCC, and ZBA file.
