Brian Battista represented the applicants. Brian explained the project and showed pictures of the work that has been done.
Brian presented a letter explaining why he had done the work on the deck and apologized for not getting a permit to perform the work as required.
Two letters of support by abutters were given to the Board. They will be included with the file.
A site visitation was scheduled for Auguse 31 at 12 PM.
A continuance was scheduled for September 11 at 7:30 PM.

Unscheduled visit.
The Board approved a dormer extension on their new house plans. There will be no change in the house footprint.
Voting in favor of the dormer change were: Fred Beaulieu, Don Beal, Ron Seaburg
and Ralph Martone.
8:30 PM The meeting was adjourned.
