Abutters in attendance: Ann Gaggon 36 Massaconnic Trail; Peggy Candito 55 Buff Cap Road, Tolland, CT; Dan Benton 286 Mashapaug Road; Kathy Boyer 288 Mashapaug Road; William Pucci 31 Massaconnic Trail.
The Canditos would like to remove the old deck and install a three season room. Most of the work has already been done by the applicant. An order to stop work was issued by the Town of Holland Building Inspector. Apparently part of the work exceeds a side setback by approximately two
feet.
A site visitation was scheduled for April 26 at 6:15 PM.
A continuance was scheduled for May 8 at 7:30 PM.
