7:00 PM The minutes for January 10, 2012 were read and accepted with amendments added.
Fred reminded the Board that the on-line ethics training program must be completed by
January 31, 2012.

Dennis Allard was present and answered all the Board’s questions.
Voting in favor of the proposal were: Ron Seaburg, Don Beal, and Ralph Martone.
Abstaining: Fred Beauieu.
