7:00 PM Fred suggested the ZBA review the procedure sheet used by the Planning Board for our use too. We will review forms and make changes where necessary.
Sarto mentioned that we have received one-half of the bill from Stonehenge Press. He will wait for the rest of the bill before paying it.
The minutes for July 12 and July 26 were read and accepted.

Steve Bressette of Jalbert Engineering, represented Mr. Phelps. Mr. Phelps wants to add a 6’ x 14’ area to the front corner of the house (lake side). Make the deck a 3-season room. The deck dimensions will be 12’ x 14’ with a 1’ overhang. Mr. Bressette will bring the house plans to the meeting on Aug. 23 at 7:30 PM.

The applicants want to tear down a fire damaged house and re-build a 26’ x 32’ two bedroom home on the same footprint. They were represented by James LaBillois,builder.
A site visitation was scheduled for August 12 at 9 AM.
A continuance was scheduled for August 23 at 8 PM.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:16 PM.
