7:00 PM The minutes for March 8, 2011 were read and accepted.
Fred discussed some zoning issues presented at seminar he attended at Holy Cross College.
7:30 PM Special Permit Request Continuance

Attorney James Rooney attended the meeting along with Mr. Labonte.
Mr. Labonte was told that the Board did not agree with the points presented in his argument asking for a variance for his project.
Attorney Rooney asked for a two week continuance and will send a letter to the Board confirming this request. At their next meeting Mr. Labonte will either present a new set of plans or ask the Board to vote on the present application.
A continuance was scheduled for April 26, 2011 at 7:30 PM.

The Board explained the setback requirements for their plans and detailed the measurements of the master set of plans.
Voting in favor of the project were: Fred Beaulieu, Don Beal, Ron Seaburg, and Ralph Martone.
