7:00 PM         The minutes for February 8, 2011 were read and accepted with changes noted.

7:30 PM         Special Permit Request

                The proposal was outlined by the Lapierres.
                A site visitation would be scheduled after the snow-cover melted or locator pins were uncovered.
                A continuance was scheduled for March 8, at 7:30 PM.

                Attorney James Rooney, representing Mr.Labonte and Mr. Labonte were in attendance.
Mr. Rooney explained that the plans submitted with the petition would result in a less non-conforming building than exists now. Attorney Rooney presented the Board with a memorandum in support of the request. The Board will continue the application on March 22, 2011 at 7:30 PM.

After discussing their request with the Board, the Ostranders agreed to contact their surveyor to have property lines drawn on their map, and the house correctly located on the lot to establish present setback distances.
                A continuance was scheduled for March 8, at 8:00 PM.
                A second continuance, if needed, was scheduled for March 22, at 8:00 PM.

The Board established the present distance from the house to the property line at 19’. The proposed addition will not exceed this measurement.

                Voting in favor of the project were Fred beaulieu, Don Beal, and Ron Seaburg.
