7:00 PM The minutes for January 11, 2011 were read, corrections noted, and accepted.
The Board reviewed scheduled petitions.
7:30 PM Special Permit Request Continuance

The Board questioned the 8 foot setback request for the proposed garage and
suggested the petitioner re-apply with new plans drawn that meet the setback
requirements.
Another continuance was scheduled for February 22, at 8 PM.

The Ostranders want to remodel the house and add a new deck.
A site visitation (weather permitting) was scheduled for Feb. 19, at 10 AM.
A second meeting was scheduled for Feb. 22, at 8:30 PM.
