Abutter William Wojnick, 34 Over The Top Road, was present and had no objections
regarding the project.
A site visitation was planned for Thursday April 29, at 5:30 PM.
A continuance was scheduled for May 18, 2010 at 7:00 PM.

The petitioner agreed to move the house 3’ to the NE to satisfy setback requirements on the S side.
